Return & Exchange

If you have any problems about the items you received,please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt.In order to return your products,please contact our customer service first and provide below of the information:
Your full name
Order number
A list of the product(s) to be exchanged or refunded
The reason for the return of the products
Then we will reply promptly and instruct you where to return the items.Please do not return directly without contacting us,otherwise we do not know how to handle the problem.You must contact us before returning any items in order to receive a replacement or refund.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to contact our customer service for the return information and return the items.Once we get the items you returned,we will let you know and resend you the items you want.But if it is not our problem,the return shipping fee and resend shipping fee should be afforded by yourself.If it is our problem, then we will undertake all the shipping cost.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and it complies with our returns policy,we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding restocking fee.

Return Conditions
Returned items must conform to our returns policy:
1. Before the return, please contact us via email to discuss the problem you have about the items first. Maybe we could solve the problem in any other better way and then you do not need to return the items at all.
2. After we confirmed the problem, we will send you the return address and instructions.So please make sure that you will follow our instructions to return.And the items should be sent to the return address we email you instead of the address on the packages.
3. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges if it is not our problem.
4. Returned items will be refunded excluding the restocking fee.
5. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags.Footwear must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box.
6. We recommend you return the items in the original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit.
